Description
The information industries, especially the information and communications technology (ICT) sector, are the foundation of digital transformation. This indicator measures labour productivity of information industries relative to other non-agriculture business sector activities (see notes). It provides an indication of the relative impact of the information industries on economic growth, competitiveness, and living standards.
